UFCU Mobile Banking provides fast, secure access to your UFCU accounts from an iPhone® or iPad®. With one universal login and password, you can access Online Banking and the Mobile app across all your devices.

• Log in with 5-digit PIN, Face ID®, or Touch ID® 
• Rest assured your data is protected with advanced encryption, secure processes, and audits 
• Set and change your card PIN 
• Send a secure message to the Member Services team 
 

Move Your Money 
• Deposit multiple checks at once with Mobile Deposit 
• Move funds between UFCU and your accounts at other financial institutions

Every login attempt ends in the same error code. No info about how to troubleshoot what is going on. I'm a long term member of ufcu and supporter of co-ops so this is frustrating beyond measure when I have no choice but to use the "big bank" account instead.

Literally updates EVERY single night so after 9pm don’t try any transfers or to access your account…I’ve been told to update my app EVERY day for a week…most annoying banking app ever…then I get a response saying updates are necessary for the app to be function properly…DUH…I have 2 other credit union apps and 2 banking apps and NONE of them have to update as much as this app…I worked at Apple for 9 years I understand updates…but if you’re having to update every other day to fix something then obviously you’re doing something wrong. Comes off as this is a cheap local CU that got the cheapest app developer possible. Like this is peoples money, you’re playing with…yes I can use the app when maintenance is going on but if y’all are doing maintenance and I need to transfer funds I’m stuck and since it’s EVERY night basically can’t touch my own money after 9pm…just to keep adding to this..locked my card on the app 3 days ago and the app has yet to let me unlock for 3 days! So can’t access my own money for 3 days because of this app.
