All i can say is PAIN
Appreciate the thought of moving forward with digitalization but more works need to be done. The E-appointment can be further tweak for enchancing User’s experience cause everytime I tried to book an appointment for car servicing it’s just not working and im not sure whether the apps is problematic or the server is the culprit cause the error message is so vague “We’re sorry, system unable to process the e-appointment request” like give more details on that on what’s the issue was??? was it the service centre fully booked??? or was it any other error??? ((please provide more input if the service centre is fully booked put some indication or might as well DONT SHOW THE TIME AVAILABLE)). All in all much more to improve n for now i would prefer the old convention of booking an appointment by calling/personally engage with the PIC rather than relying on this App
