## UFODRIVE 24/7 EV Car Rental Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Broken"
Terrible app, no effort put into it. Been stuck on validating my details for days now…
-- Hazch, 2026-03-18

### *---- "App is like 2007"
You can’t search for cars availability and pricing without a profile. To create a profile you have to give all personal info and scans of passport and license. 5 days later profile still not verified - so still can’t search for cars. Deleted profile and app and found a car on Booking instead
-- StixyStix6, 2026-03-10

### *---- "App is much worse now"
I used ufodrive a lot in the past. I now made a new booking and oh my the app has gone downhill.
-- YossiCB1, 2025-02-16

### *---- "Cancelled my booking at short notice"
Held on to my money for two months then cancelled my booking, thus ruining my plans for the festive period. Avoid - totally unreliable service and an annoyingly poor app too.
-- ctrimby, 2024-11-28

### ****- "Good app, but a bug in map function for booking"
Great app and company. Car delivery and pick up service is a huge benefit.

One issue with the App is you can’t book as it requires a post code and then freezes. I end up booking through website, this issue has been persistent for a few months now.

Also, loyalty credits are in Euros, but I live in the UK and they are never used up on bookings - sort of useless. Would be great to be able to use the loyalty credit towards a future booking.
-- lwr23, 2024-11-26

### ***** "Purely incredible"
Thanks to UFOdrive, I could finally fulfil my dream of driving a Tesla! The service level is fantastic, and booking is super simple. The verification process is a bit demanding, but it's worth it! The app itself works flawlessly. It's the best rental service I've ever used.
-- Hakusek, 2024-01-18

### *---- "Disgrace"
Shameful. Only 50 KM included per day. Baffling. Still no Dublin airport access unless you pay E80 delivery fee. Things were much better a year ago. Now it’s too big for its boots. Charging insane prices for hidden extra. 50 KM included per day is a disgrace. What use is that…. Disgusting. The Ryanair if rentals.
-- AdamWalsh12, 2023-10-17

### *---- "Poorly made app"
Poorly designed by a team that has no interest in iOS as a platform. Buggy app, for example it throws an error when uploading any document, and needs restarting after logout.
-- michael3542, 2023-06-22

### ***** "UFO Tesla Model Y"
We wanted to use a model Y for a whole day so we could decide whether it would work for us before buying one.
At very short notice I arranged to rent one for a day from Canary Wharf.
The whole thing was pretty seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend UFO rental and would use again.
By the way we loved the car and will be ordering one.
-- Riscoris, 2023-01-29

### ***** "UFO parking Oxford Street"
Excellent car , excellent app and fantastic phone service Mr. Woud in particular !!
Not a UFO DRIVE responsibility but the stairs at the Harley Street parking entrance are ( and smell !! ) like a public urinal ..
In conclusion , a very satisfied first time customer , will definitely book again
