UGVCL app ka experience bahut kharab hai. App me monthly kitne units consume hue, solar se kitne units generate hue, grid se kitne units liye aur kitne units export hue—ye sab clearly samajh nahi aata. Solar users ke liye data aur bhi confusing hai.

App jo data show karta hai, woh bhi kai baar incorrect lagta hai, jiski wajah se actual electricity/solar usage samajhna bahut mushkil ho jata hai. App me proper, accurate aur easy-to-understand monthly summary honi chahiye.

UGVCL ko app ka data accuracy aur user interface dono improve karne ki zarurat hai.

This app has been unusable for me since November 2025. My Consumption Data is completely missing despite having a working Smart Meter and Solar connection. Multiple complaints and emails were submitted, but complaints were repeatedly closed without any actual resolution.

A Smart Meter application that cannot display consumption data defeats its primary purpose. Even after months of follow-up, no responsible officer has provided a solution.

Before promoting Smart Meter services, UGVCL should ensure that the application functions correctly and that customer grievances are genuinely resolved rather than simply closed.

Very disappointing experience.
