Watch app was great till latest upgrade. Now it is useless. Please put it back to how it was 🙏🏼. It now only shows when you tap on a train the next stop only. Before you could see all the stops for the train!!!! Whoever has made this change, obviously doesn’t use the app on the Watch.
I paid the subscription hoping it would give me a widget for my iPhone Lock Screen or Island. But nothing which is really disappointing. A widget so I could keep track of an arriving train would be so so useful. Hopefully coming down the track on a future update? The widget looks great but unfortunately it’s not working. Just getting a blank widget saying please configure widget, which I’ve done. Rebooted phone, still nothing.
Can’t give zero stars. So had to be one. It is no longer FREE. Disgusting. Deleted.
Been using this app for nearly 10yrs just to get train times. It’s been ok considering I’ve had to travel on Southern (so no in station updates). Suddenly got a message pop up saying “Free User - Journeys exhausted for today” when trying to check trains for a journey tomorrow and I hadn’t even looked up anything today! So, on to the next app it is. Oh well
Doesn’t even let you view one journey without coming up with a limit exceeded message. Despite ads on. So it’s now pretty much pointless unless you pay
This app used to be excellent. Unfortunately with the new update it has been rendered totally useless. The apparent “high” limit of free journey planner searches is now zero. I opened it this morning for the first time following the update, only to be informed that I have reached my limit of free journey planners. This is a basic error and should never have got past testing. Extremely poor and disappointing. Unfortunately you can’t leave a zero star rating because that is what this deserves.
now charging subscription for some things which are pretty basic - planning journeys etc.
Great and helpful app.
The app works as expected as any other train app pulling information from network rail, nothing ground breaking there. Please give an option to change the childish annoying alert sound. It’s so envarassing!
