UK Snow Map

I bought this today because I live in an area where it will usually snow far earlier and heavier than where I work, and I need to keep an eye on things. I’ve used the service since it started, but now I’m not at a desk I can’t just check in on a browser. A notification system to alert me when snow starts in my area without me having to check in every half an hour would be perfect! It’s the only thing stopping the fifth star… I also really like it’s switched to BlueSky rather than Twitter/X as well

Is it possible to upload readings directly into the app please? Like many people, I have deleted my twitter account.

Great idea. Well organised - but the map is so dark I can’t read any place names. Can’t find any way of lightening it. Hence the **** instead of *****

Always use this app when it’s snowing but it won’t load now at all. Really disappointing. Edit - the app has been fixed now! Great news, I can follow where it’s snowing now again to my hearts content. It’s so interesting to easily see people’s tweets and photos all brought together. Thanks to the developers for sorting the issue out.

Since update 3.3.2 the app will not load. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and still won’t load. EditJan 2024: all working now after another delete and reinstall. Star rate adjusted

Please add in mastodon support the api is really easy and xitter is a tyre fire

A great app that has a real premium almost regal feel to it. I love the snow and seeing it being tracked in real time via tweets is a joy. Great work.
