1st world problem I know, but I’ve just updated to an Ultra (get me) and the complication has disappeared from the list available. TBH the app is still available in the apps screen, but I liked having it as a dedicated watch face. Any idea if this will get reinstated? Other than than best tide app for my Apple Watch. Simple, clean, and works.
Please add Guernsey / St Peter port Thanks
Really nicely designed app with good complications. Developer was friendly and responsive when I reported a slight bug, which is now fixed.
It says this is for Apple Watch but I can’t open it !!
As a coastal watcher volunteer this is a great accurate app very handy to have. On the downside when I have an update to my watch the app crashes for about five to seven days. Can not find how to reboot the app.
I love this app, it displays the latest tide time in a clear simple way. Having said that, I set it up for Falmouth and can’t seem to change it to Port Isaac. Even tried deleting it and reinstalling it, still displays Falmouth on the complication. Maybe it will change when I get down there?
Worked for a week. Now showing no data. Tried deleting then reinstalling but still the same. Advice pls
I’ve been looking for a tide app for my watch for some time. Quick glance it gives me time of next tide, with an indication of rise of fall. Click on dial and several days of information becomes available. Only set one port, but several hundred seem to be available.
This provided all the features I wanted - full range of UK ports I was after, plus a clear and simple “complication” for the Apple Watch - until on day 3 it just stopped working (“The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”). WatchOS unchanged (7.5), iPhone iOS unchanged (14.5.1). Only thing that changed was the month! (It’s now 1 June 2021). I tried deleting it and reinstalling it, but there appears to be no option to reinstall after deleting… Updated 3 June: manage to find a post on Facebook that explained how to reinstall (option to reinstall is greyed out on iPhone but can be done from the AppStore on the watch itself). Now seems to be working again. In the interim I researched and downloaded lots of alternative apps but none gives the really clear complication that this app does (except for some US ones that are not based on UKHO data and which appear to be out by 30-40 minutes which sort of defeats the object). So now that it’s working this is a great app which I’d gladly pay money for!
