It made me change my password for security reasons and I just got a new phone and I went to go login to check my work schedule to see when I work and it just said nothing. It allowed me to change my password. It sent me an email that I changed my password, but then it wouldn’t let me login with the password That I just changed it to. It was telling me my username is wrong. How is my username wrong if I just used my username to change my password. And now I can’t even figure out what time I work today.

Phenomenal addition to the workforce. UKG Ready is easy to navigate, very easy to understand, reduces the use of paperwork, and UKG calculates, saves, update, and stores work time with pinpoint accuracy. What stands out most for me is that utilizing UKG Ready allows for fewer mistakes and delays at the sign-in sheet table😊💕💯

TL;DR: Overall it’s giving a good effort but there’s some things to be desired.

The UI of this App is very clunky and generally unfriendly to people. The tabs are hard to navigate and good luck reaching the lower half of the bar on the left side when you accidentally pull up the keyboard which is a lot of the time. It made me redo documents I already had done. It wouldn’t let me remove them from my notifications so I still have it there. It’s kinda bad. It’s useful but 9/10 times your employer won’t add the times to the schedule so I can’t check when I work unless I go in. That can be solved by adding incentives to doing it. Maybe make it so that you can have a badge or rating of the company on it and adding the schedule to the website could add xp or something. You also could try and make a rating system and anonymous or not feedback for them to review. 

I genuinely wish they’d implement some better UI as it’s very slow on my end. Honestly though it’s nice

The app and UKG are extremely non user friendly. To change or add punches theirs no easy way and nothing has proper basic thinking logic behind the options or choice. 

I wouldn’t recommend UKG for anyone looking to “enhance” their time keeping systems.
