BNP Paribas - банк-скряга! Депозити з занадто геморойними умовами і просто смішними процентами, на залишок коштів - абсолютно нуль, купити валюту на депозит - в рот вам!!! Зате впарити клієнту нікому не потрібні страховки, платний смс-банкінг, здерти процент за переказ на карту іншого банку - тут BNP завжди в перших рядах!
Шановні розробники! Підскажіть де та опція в додатку банку, де можна переглянути чи змінити кодове слово?Неможливо увійти в додаток, не відвідавши відділення, години роботи якого збігаються з моїми.
Нац кешбек не можна здійснити оплату
Через застосунок не можна зробити оплату за комунальні платежі. У всіх банках можна, в укрсиб не можна.
IBAN is not copyable
While copying IBAN from the application card page it appears impossible. Should type in manually. That’s unbelievable.
немає сповіщення про надходження коштів
навіщо впроваджувати якісь нові функції або новий дизайн, якщо немає настільки очевидної і базової функції. що за хвора логіка це затвердила і розробила поза моїм розумінням. вам постійно треба вручну заходити і перевіряти стан рахунку. я б з радістю змінив банк, але бухгалтерія дуже просить цього не робити. цій проблемі (відсутності сповіщення) по моїм відчуттям вже десь років 5 і досі або не помітили, або хвора логіка знайшла причину не робити з цим нічого.
Дно
Хуже сервиса не видел. Приложение не работает, пароль восстановить невозможно, закрыть счет удаленно невозможно. Самый мерзкий сервис который я встречал.
Задовбали дзвонити
Нав’язливий персональний менеджер, який постійно дзвонить, незрозуміло з якою метою. Мені просто потрібен ваш мобільний банкінг, будь ласка поважайте час своїх клієнтів і не витрачайте його на тупі, непотрібні дзвінки
Bad User Experience
Pay attention to the quality of the Monobank, or at least PrivatBank. Your mobile app is a nightmare; every time I use it, I want to end this torture as quick as possible. Fire your developer/design team or teach them how to create quality digital products.

Чому б не додати функцію запамʼятати Iban рахунок? Щоб кожного разу вводити заново всі дані

Відновлення паролю
Неможливо відновити пароль ні будучи авторизованим в додатку, ні через «відновити пароль». Доступ заблоковано через 3 спроби, а для відновлення «подзвоніть 729»- номер телефону, де ти слухатимеш жахливу музику годинами.
Жахливий банк і сервіс. В моно я б відновила доступ до додатку чи пароль за 5 хвилин
