Increasing the price by 51% is outrageous. Didn’t care for your rude and condescending email either, trying to justify your greed. I never asked for new features. Of course I have cancelled my subscription.

Great tabs, bloated app
It’s hard to search for tabs on the net without bumping into UG. Their collection of tabs is staggering, and it’s often easy to find good well written tabs. The iOS app however is running hot, eats my iPhone 14 battery life like a dog with a treat, even when I’m just viewing a simple tab without much scrolling. This means I can’t use the app for anything but a quick reference. There are two areas bloating the app: Courses and Shots. I wish those where in separate apps, or that UG made a “lite” version app with only tabs and the thing directly related, like tuner and metronome. I get the need for these, it’s just not for me, not ever, but being unable to find a better alternative I’m looking for a better alternative this app is the best of the worst.

horrible app, cumbersome with too much hassle just to look at chords. you're better off just using the website.
i'm sure it's a great app for learning but..
i downloaded the app but it won't open and i have very good wifi and yeahh it just wont go into the app i press on it and it's a black screen with the icon logo on like i sat there for 10 minutes
Simpelthen fantastisk!!
Denne her app er fantastisk hvis man er ny eller rutineret guitarist og gerne vil lære sange at spille, uanset om det er til ens coverband eller YouTube kanal. Det eneste problem jeg har med denne app er at man skal betale for at få adgang til ‘premium’ tab (altså tabs som enten er mere detaljeret eller har mere indhold end andre tabs). Men et lille life-hack er at hvis man selv begynder at skrive tabs til sange (og får dem godkendt af UG staff) får man automatisk en måned gratis UG pro hvilket giver en adgang til disse særlige tabs. Appen kan klart anbefales til alle guitarister!

Crazy performance issues
App is running at 100% cpu usage when scrolling a simple personal tab, no smart scroll utilising key recognition, just god awful performance as standard. Drains the battery, damaging it by running the iPhone 14 Pro Max at uncomfortable temperatures after just 2 songs / 10 minutes. Can I have back the app I paid for in full 10 years ago? You know, the one without ads…. ?
The worst
I deleted the app before getting past the initial interrogation of a million questions. Yawn!! Just let me see some tabs already!!

Allways stops my spotify
The app allways stop my spotify when I’m looking at the tabs, eventhough I’m logged in. Edit: since they responsed they’re working on the issue, I’ve updated the star rating
