I used your app once and since then I haven't opened it, a month passed and I saw that you charged me NIS 250! I tried to ask for refund but they refused.. Not recommended.

I purchased the full version yet I keep getting annoying pop ups for additional features every time I open the app. They also have an extremely intrusive, long and un-skippable questionnaire that you must complete when opening the app for the first time on a new device, although I logged in as an existing user. Removing the app from my phone. Will cancel my subscription that I use on my iPad as well if the pop ups continue.

I would give it 5 stars but I give you one until you stop upselling stupid features every time I open the app, without any option to cancel the pop up banner. You make me fill up your stupid questions just so I can finish and click the X button to quit this survey. One time I accidentally approved something and ended up paying you 40 dollars for something I DIDN'T WANT. I will cancel my subscription next time it happens. The MOST INTRUSIVE APP I HAVE on my phone and I'm a paying user!!!

I like the app, but the advertisement interface is a big mess. Over 50% of ads can’t be dismissed because the X button is not clickable as it’s tucked way up in the upper right corner, probably on iOS ‘real-estate’. Fix this please.

Something horrible is going on with the app. I must say at first, I was using the app back in 2021 with Pro. Experience was great. After 2 years of not playing I returned to UG, as Pro again. Things are not the same, probably worse. First of all, they added 2 more plans. Courses and Sing. I bought the pro once I reused the app, never know about those features. When tried to use those features (sing at first) they wanted more money for single feature. The worst part, they wanted to charge again for Pro!!. Same thing to courses. I thought it's part of the Pro and why shouldn't it be. Well again same story, they charge for the plan courses and for the pro AGAIN!. Tell me if this isn't scam, you pay for something without seeing plans, super transparent, and then you cant use other features. Heck sing is just a single AI feature 10 years can develop and the pro is just ad free and built in music midi player. Those should be combined in the Pro. The courses I can somehow think they can be separated but should be part of external app if not part as Pro. Honestly, plans should be combined for higher price. Second problem: The pricing, guys you are clowns. The app is super unserious about their pricing. Every day I get an email for 70% off. After few days 80%. In app you can always find 90%, sometime it's 75%, you repress the button and magically become 90% again. This looks scammy. The reasson I bought it againis since I used it in the past. And again we return to the plans model. The app looks like a casino video game or advanced version of starwars battlefront 2. Want ad free, buy pro, we won't tell you about other paid features. Issue 3: The feature now playing (the thingy that connects to Spotify) never stays synced. Reopen the app and you need to pair it again. It worked great in the past, it broke in the last 2 years. Fix it Ultimaye guitar, next time I will just skip this app and will find other app with serious pricing model. Suggested price for all UG features in one pack: I pay 15$ a year, 25$ is reasonably good point price for AIO package.
