You simply change your phone and you loose all data and subscription (yes i tried to restore it of course!!!) Don’t buy the pro version cause it’s just a scam. Of course the developer think that I am not intelligent and send me the link for restoring the purchase, as I did not try that in the past. I repeat: THIS APP IS A SCAM AND RHE DEVELOPPERS ARE EVEN WORSE! DONT BUY IT
the new update has made the app SO slow.. it reset all of my settings and it takes me 3 minutes to load any song… such a shame :/

Look, I love this app, but you made a recent update that changed the design so that you can't see all the way to play all chords when you're playing the song. Please change this back!
If the official chords would flow only smoothly or have an option to flow smoothly like other chords it would be incredible. It‘s very annoying to keep up with the official tabs like this :( Everything else is great though, it‘s my go to for finding songs to play :D
I just want to see tabs. It keeps asking me to fill in questions that you can’t skip. It keeps shoving the pro plan in your face at wildly different prices. Seriously a terrible experience.
Used the app for years and loved it. Now after renaming i cant open the app anymore but my subscription is still going.
Good app but with some bugs that forces you to leave the app and reload it a bit too often

I loved the concept of Ultimate guitar where you could play whatever song and learn at your own pace… I love to sing (I’ve taken classes and I’ve sung a choir so I’m not a beginner) and I thought this new feature that seemed to be like a karaoke or a singing lesson would be fun to try! It cost me CHF 38.50 AND IT DOESN’T WORK. I’m singing the words on time and at the right range but half of the time the app says I’m singing wrong!!! This is absolutely ridiculous to sell something if it’s not functional or that there are no upgrades!!!! I even sent a text massage to A. Steinberg (is it even a real person)… No response from the customer service!
