Can’t log in
Have a 20 euro a year subscription and I got a new phone every time I press log in the app crashes what a waste
Decent content terrible execution
The interface is a nice idea with a lot of decent info but the app often resets/crashes. Player information can be inaccurate too. For €30 a year better coders & development are needed !! I unfortunately won’t be renewing.
URC Table is incorrect
Hi there, the app is generally great but since the last update (on iOS), the URC table listings are not correct. Please update this asap, thanks
Not renewing
App is a bit clunky & slow. Data constantly refreshes in game scrolling to the top as you are trying to read the data. Scrolling within scrolling is difficult to use like when browsing teams. Notifications of news stories don’t take you to the actual story. Did the subscription price increase? It’s very expensive now & not worth it.
Phone change disaster
I changed phones and no matter what I do I cannot get into the app. I forgot about it and then noticed a direct debit for the bloody thing so over a year paying and no access. Surly changing phones shouldn’t be an issue?? Loved the content while I had access
Buggy
When click into a team and try go back through their previous games, it keeps reverting to the most recent game. Extremely irritating.
Terrible support
After paying for a year’s prescription , I was left a hanging app stuck on a restore subscription button. After nearly a year of emailing back and forth, including my proof of purchase, support could not get the app to login despite they quite happily took my money. I’ve been using Leinster app and URC app and Eurochamp website and will continue to do so until I find an alternative Rugby app. Very disappointed
Vodafone Women’s Interprovincial Championship
Why is this not available on Ultimate Rugby App. Not quite all my favourite teams available as suggested. Can’t see. Can’t be.
