This was a great app. Now it terrible. I have ultrafast broadband and the app won’t open what I want. Keeps refreshing. And I’m paying for this. You wouldn’t put up with it from a free app.

Now takes forever to refresh
The app is glitchy, not very user friendly and absolutely riddled with ads even though annual subscription is paid, someone in support emailed me to say they would follow up but never did.
Was a good app. But in the past few months some match scores (ie Currie Cup) have not been shown until hours after the match. One yesterday shows 24-6 in the event list, but 0-0 elsewhere. In yesterday’s women’s six nations Ireland is correctly shown on 10 points, but the events list shows one Irish try and no other Irish scores. Other matches from major competitions (including the English premiership) often have event lists and/or scores which do not add up. Sometimes there are conversions without tries. Commentaries are occasionally good, but most appear to be generated from the events list and give no more useful information. It’s worth nothing if users cannot trust the overall scores, let alone the events list.
I’ve used this app for years. It used to be great but I find it has become much too complicated. You are now bombarded with information, and it’s extremely difficult to just get the information you’re looking for. I would suggest that the ONLY information that appears on your ‘home’ screen is information you specifically put there.
I have had the app for years now and gladly paid for the experience. But this latest update is horrendous I much preferred the old version this new version will not let me deselect the 7s match’s and is in general badly laid out and not user friendly.
Please bring back the old app. The new version is SO bad and over thought.
Covers all the teams and games
Besides the con job they pulled with making us pay twice for the app, my biggest grievance is how the app completely messes with the memory on my phone sometimes. It can render my (new) iPhone unusable for up to 5 minutes at times. I wasn’t surprised to get absolutely no feedback from the developers. It’s a good app for keeping track of games but the whatever technology they wrote the code for this is awful, at the best of times it is really slow to load. Updates are very rare, they need to rewrite this app.
I used to love this app and was happy to pay for the Pro version, until to repay their customers they took away the content that we had already paid for and asked for more money. This is fraud, plain and simple. I was sold this app based on services that were later taken away. Disgraceful and shameful behaviour from the developers. Poor customer service can be added to the list of shameful work practices employed by this developer. A copy and paste reply that makes no sense as a response to my grievance clearly shows they don’t bother reading their customers complaints. I did pay for the app to avoid ads and get better content.... but then the developer decided they wanted more money, and they took away that content in an attempt to extort their customers.
