Paid subscriber faced with a subscription banner all the time. Can’t use the app. Delete, reinstall. Still the same. Review subscription. Still the same. The content might be excellent, but I can’t tell. Please make sure the app works before asking paid subscribers for money. Crikey.
Why all the adds when you pay for a premium addition???
What a superb app, very informative but, I can’t give it 5 stars because just had an email to tell me the £9:99 per year subscription is going up by £10:00 to £19:99 per year. Absolutely ridiculous price hike. All you’ll do is alienate your subscribers. Please listen.
It’s a good app for keeping up to date with scores etc, however it’s really annoying that every time you drill down to a match detail it keeps advertising the payment options and forcing you to click on restore purchase. If you’ve paid you should have to keep doing this
I think that’s misleading. Put a price of £3.99 for a ‘pro’ version and it turns out the app is actually unusable without the £23.99 annual subscription. Poor form!
For some reason it is failing to open on my IPad, where it once did. On the phone it is fine, except preferred the old format
This is still the best rugby fixture, analysis app I have found. One I use nearly everyday, pre-match, whilst watching matches and then post match. For the value it gives me I am happy with my subscription. The 5.0.5 update takes some getting used to (like double tapping the matches icon on the bottom tab bar to switch between favourites and all matches). However, the Match page is much harder to navigate. Previously, information was available on tabs so more clicks in the traditional way. Now a lot more of the information is on a single page. Less clicks but more scrolling! And if you get your presses in one of the table views, you can end up scrolling within the view instead of down the page. This makes the two bits of information I use the most much harder to get at quickly - the match score/event timeline and the Line Ups. My suggestion would be to link to the score/event timeline when you press the score at the top of the page. This would make it quicker to access the timeline (without needing to scroll down). I would also suggest the lineups table view expands or contracts if you just press the Squads header so you don’t have to search for the small expand/reduce button.
I cannot see the scores of matches played yesterday within the league I selected without making more selections. When I display matches I get leagues that are not in my favourites??? And like a few other posters I am not really impressed by your decision to reinsert ads when I paid to get them removed
I grudged it going up to £20 a year. So didn’t have it for so long. But finally decided to pay for it and it is amazing. If you are a rugby stato it’s a dream and they guys that make it know and love rugby. So stop banging on about paying £20 for it. Why should it be free? Obviously tones of work goes into it and the features are miles better than the free version. Well done guys.
