It keeps saying I need to complete 15 waves in 3 zones even though I have completed more than 30 in every one. I like the game a lot but cannot proceed. Will update review if this gets fixed.

An amazing roguelike bullet heaven game with simple controls but good depth and progression. Attacks feel weighty and it takes more involvement and technical skill than some other games in the genre. Love the art style and backgrounds of the levels. Loads smoothly and quickly, making it easy to jump into the game. Only complaints are about some UI things: - some buttons near the edge feel a bit too close to the edge, causing them to feel squished or even obscured by things like my iOS home handle - wish there was a way to quit the round instead of just letting yourself die (which is pretty easy to do, haha) - wish there was a way to go back to the main weapon/character selection screen after you reach the level selection Thank you for developing this awesome game!

Great game, unfortunately it started crashing every time I play, losing all progress. Will edit if it gets fixed

Hey man love the game I’ve completed the codex hit 20 waves on everything but I can’t find the spire please help

Loving the game overall. Only issue is I had a glitch after second time trying to open the game. When I pressed the app it went to a blank screen and I closed it multiple times and retried. No solution worked but to uninstall and reinstall. Not sure what the issue was. Otherwise enjoying the game so far and will update review as I go.

For a rougelite, Ultra Blade, ranks among the very top titles available in my opinion. That’s not just on mobile either. The pixel aesthetic is superb, I really dig the sound design and most especially the unique and quite exciting gameplay. If you’ve played roguelites, Ultra Blade, should feel pretty familiar I would think. But, even if you haven’t I would say this is one of the best in the genre to start your rouguelite journey with. ——————————————————————————— I find it very fun and entertaining to keep playing, dying and then continually upgrading my characters and stats. There are a lot of characters and a seemingly endless amount of weapons and other items to unlock and mix and match for your play-throughs. As someone who has played other popular roguelites, such as Vampire Survivors and most especially, Dead Cells. Well, I personally would put this above Vampire Survivors and just a nano meter below, Dead Cells. But, for just pure fun to be had and the love of gaming. I have a hard time not awarding, Ultra Blade, the top spot over all of them. I keep telling myself, “Just one more level and then I’ll get back to real life.” Haha. It’s not easy to pull myself away from this game, though. I find it very entertaining and addictive. Freezes and then error code and can’t do anything. UPDATE: Shouldn’t have blamed the game, was probably something else but the constant deletes and redownloads eventually worked or it worked after I updated from iOS 17 to 17.1. I really appreciate the dev reaching out to help. Won’t hesitate to buy more from this dev. Game is also really fun now that I can play haha Thank you!

Updated Review (09/05/23) ——————————————————————————— Would you consider making it possible to turn off the Teleport attribute or whatever you’d call it please? That feature for a weapon is the most disconcerting feature in the game. It ruins my gameplay. When I first encountered using it I thought it was a bug or glitch in the game. I don’t understand how it works. But more importantly it is just so very interrupting in trying to move your character around. I’ve stopped using characters I completely loved because one of their top 4 blade attributes was unfortunately that cursed Teleport function. You try to move and do a heavy attack and your character is teleported backwards to where you were. It’s so frustrating. Please, I beg you, let us drop that as a a blade attribute or turn it off or even please remove it from the game if you wouldn’t mind? Please???? ——————————————————————————— I can’t use one of my favorite characters anymore because it feels like the game is glitching every time I do a heavy attack. Maybe some folks like this feature for a weapon. But I just can’t stand it. It drives me so bonkers. It just ruins my gameplay completely.
