Видео 15 секунд обрабатывается уже более 12 часов
Добрый день! Во-первых, я как и многие другие люди не прочитала сначала мелкий шрифт, что при покупке платного пакета у них такие расценки 1 токен=1 секунда видео. Т.е. при покупке, например, самого дешевого пакета вы сможете обработать только 30-ти секундное видео :) ну и расценки, конечно))))) но это еще пол беды Во-вторых, даже если закрыть глаза на этот грабеж, видео вы можете так и не получить, как я) Загрузила 15-ти секундное видео в качестве 1080, в итоге приложение «обрабатывает» его уже больше 12 часов. Получится ли что в итоге? Сомневаюсь… Развод на деньги

Купила 30 карт PRO для обработки видео, пишет, что карт нет))) Прикольно, а за что деньги тогда списали?)

Скачала и удалила ваше приложение, так им и не воспользовавшись. Я бы купила про версию без проблем, если бы мне сначала показали результат обработки и улучшения видео в бесплатной попытке, но нет. Нужно сразу купить про. Как я могу покупать услугу, если не знаю, какой результат меня ждет?!
