UMMC Patient Journey app also called ‘the app’ in this statement, is a latest feature for University Malaya Medical Centre Kuala Lumpur (UMMC) patients check their appointments, to do self-check-in, to make online payment and also to monitor scheduled visits in University Malaya Medical Centre Kuala Lumpur (UMMC). Added to that, this app also will give notifications while the patients are called by the counter, clinics and pharmacy while in University Malaya Medical Centre Kuala Lumpur (UMMC).

No appointment appear in “future” tab due to certain reasons but I feel it should be included too with remarks. Payment wasn’t recorded for all payments made.. not a good app if you want to rely on it to check for upcoming appointments or full payment records. 
Suggest you to upgrade the apps to align the records as per your system so that all records shows in app.
