Worst transit app ever
The app barely works when I try to add money to my account. And these scam artists don’t use transfers on the app anymore and charge me every time I ride even within 30 minutes of each other. One star is generous at best

This is trash, please update I cant even pay 5 dollars, I tried with all my cards and nothing happens. 0 stars
Doesn’t work, can’t load my card, logs me out, looks dumb asf design wise, absolutely pointless and incredibly frustrating, desperately need to load my app to get to work and can’t even do that for no good reason
Seems like they dumped all the money into how it looks instead of it being usable, everything works perfectly except the fact that you cant add money to your wallet. The app has one purpose and yet you cant use the only purpose of the app as the app is completely broken.
I was logged out twice in May, and it deleted my pass. I called them and it was fixed and able to work for a few days. The staff said they’re “upgrading” the app. Now the issue is it won’t let me buy a new pass as it keeps saying “Something went wrong”, “You’re offline”, even if I had a wifi connection. It’s been almost a month and I still couldn’t buy a pass. It’s frustrating!
Maybe one of the worst apps I’ve used. Often won’t load, will log you out, won’t accept payment for a new pass, etc
Don’t use, just buy a bus pass.
Just before the update last month or so my pass seemingly disappeared from my account, but still worked until it ran out, and after the update the app always says 'something went wrong' when trying to add a new pass, and says I have no internet connection on the main page despite having both mobile data turned on, and being on wi-fi. The help pages only suggest making sure your payment information is correct so I have deleted, and added my payment information back to the account, and also deleted, and reinstalled the app multiple times. Annoyingly you cannot delete your account without calling your transport agency to request deletion.
It was working fine until end of May/beginning of June This is a huge inconvenience
