Finding a provider can be challenging. Keeps defaulting to a city I am not interested.

No IT team obviously
This app is so hard to login to and even use when you finally get into it. Whoever designed it should be fired along with whoever designed their mobile app. They are making it almost impossible to access my FSA funds which is quite illegal. Update to the correct century please so I can stop calling support every time I need to do a single thing with this barely functioning company.
App does not work
Rating is not on UMR the company, but the app is completely useless. It stays on a blue screen and nothing else

UMR App not working 😡
I logged on this morning the app is not working. It states, the page your trying to request is no longer available.
Worst APP
Runs on OLD software and 9/10 times if you click on something it doesn’t do anything.
IF Card Not in Wallet
Just downloaded the app and the very first thing I noticed is that I cannot save my ID card to Wallet? Why not? That is just ridiculous. More to come, possibly, as I use the app.
