## Uncle Julio's Reviews in United States

### **--- "Still needs work"
The app is better than it was, but it still needs work. Please allow a section for notes to customize orders.
-- Kim6 family, 2026-03-11

### ***** "Quality"
This will be my first time trying this restaurant, so when I try it, I will give my general opinion of this restaurant.
-- Dr Adrián, 2026-03-06

### *---- "Needs work"
Been multiple times since the updated app came out and it never tracks my visits. This is even after registering a credit card in the app saying it will automatically collect points. Redeeming rewards also didn’t work.
-- JoeShuster2017, 2026-02-26

### *---- "Do not download it’ll destroy your status"
I was a platinum member until I downloaded this app. It reset me back to gold. I’ve requested help two times and no one will help me reset my status back to platinum. How can I get my status? Reset back to platinum?
-- 77kh20874, 2026-02-05

### ***** "Mathiew Hebert"
Talk about an upgrade. This is so much better than the old. Keep
Coming with the upgrades.

### *---- "Good luck!"
App is piece of trash. Good luck trying to get anything to work at all. Tried a few times, then gave up and deleted the app.
-- Johneegeek, 2023-05-17

### ***** "App"
This app is horrible will not even open anymore and restaurants never mention anything about rewards program or it’s benefits
