The app is just ok but the real issue is the support they offer. It’s virtually nothing. In the rules of the app THEY made it say we can contact then at a specific email. The email they gave doesn’t even work and can’t accept anything. Awful company. How is someone supposed to contact customer service with no customer service line. Fix it.

Awful reboot policy in comparison to their competitors. Would highly recommend using anyone but underdog. Had a 6 leg be counted as a loss even though one player was hurt in the first half. With their policy all the did was refund my entry amount instead of making it a 5 leg play. Any other app would have converted it to a 5 leg.

They were so quick to take my money no problem but as soon as I won they need my id with me holding it and my bank account information saying it’s not me but when they took my money they didn’t need any information or made sure it was me
I placed a long 9 leg bet and hit 6-8 and had a leg “rescued” because the player got injured early in the game. Because of the “rescue” I lost the bet but if they simply considered it a missed leg, I would have been paid. I reached out and they told me tough luck and there’s nothing they could/would do to correct it. Terrible service and I won’t bet here again
Super easy to understand and use! Also very easy to deposit and withdrawal id give it 10 stars if I could! Remember though gamble safely!
