Minor bug issues but UNF IT resolves in a timely manner!
Title says it all.
UNF mobile has been a black screen for months (more than one semester). Updates to the app have done nothing to remove the screen of death. Staff recommends using safari to login instead of the app. Just remove it from the App Store at this point.
Half the time, when you try to login to the app you have to contend with an endless loop of sighing in and then authorizing it with Duo. (Miraculously!) when the app does function properly it kicks you out periodically despite featuring a “stay signed in” button. Sometimes, the app just does not load, period., despite it being up to date. Unfortunately, I’d recommend using the desk top application.

I’ll leave my general complaints about the way UNF runs their admissions & general faculty organizations, and just say this: if it’s mandatory to meet with an advisor before registering for class, and the only way to schedule an appointment with said advisor is through the app, what is one to do when the app doesn’t respond to the ‘Make Appointment’ button? The school won’t call me back to tell me, I’m genuinely asking
About once a month I get stuck in a vicious cycle of logging in, having to request a push notification from Duo, confirming it and then being asked if I want to remember this login. After hitting both yes and no, I get to start the process all over again only to get a white screen that won’t do anything. I then have to uninstall the app, re-install, and start the login process over AGAIN so it will work. I’ve uninstalled the app.
This app kicks me out or doesn’t even load when I’m trying to log in
every time i try to log in, i put in my email and password, i send myself a push, then once i go back into the app after accepting the push in duo, it takes me right back to login. so annoying. i just dont even try anymore. makes using school resources so hard.
