App needs to be better
I have to delete and re download this app every few months because it freezes me out at login. This is not a pleasant process. Please fix this.

I have to delete and re download this app every few months because it freezes me out at login. This is not a pleasant process. Please fix this.
The mobile app offers a lot actions that make it easy to manage your banking needs. However, it often takes 30min and even over 1 hour to login. Any time there is an update your login details are erased and you have to reauthorize Face ID or Touch ID. Great app if you manage to log in…however it needs serious improvements when it comes to functionality.
The app is horrible, attempt to change your phone number or cancel an account. Aesthetically it’s atrocious as well. There’s no way I look at this application and feel the credit union is investing in security. Worse yet the policy’s of the CU are more geared to a greedy little bank, fees everywhere.
The app just keeps loading, and maybe one in fifty times actually loads. It needs to be fixed if not redesigned asap
Nothing is working after the last update! The redeem points options doesn’t load, it’s not possible to scroll through credit card statement transaction pages… Please fix it!
Really poor UX, basic functions often don’t work
First things first: the developers can’t be performing deployment metrics and see the app is not performing as necessary. Compared to the current standard of the industry this app is: too slow, unreliable, and there isn’t a life cycle development plan to benchmark against the top performers in the industry. As a direct result the user experience is poor and the customer loses out. If mobile banking is now all to common and is the expectation of a financial institution and the app is entrance point: new customers should be warned and consider a different institution. UNFCU must do better immediately!!!
90% of time the app just loading without showing anything, even though refreshing for many times. It takes forever to open and just opens randomly whenever it wants to. What if we are in a hurry and needs to access it quickly?
Using iPhone SE
The app is frozen and I can’t access my information. The msg reads “reading your biometrics and this could take time” is totally unacceptable!!
