I am happy using this apps from the beginning I downloaded, until the last version updated. Since the latest update last week (Sunday) I could not access to choose colors background. Also I could not see the projects that I have already made. The projects is only appears in a blank white screen in my device. I have already restarted my device several times and tha results are still the same.
Please kindly fix this bugs and problems so I can start to use this apps properly and maximal like I’ve used to be. Many thanks for your kind attention.

Several months ago I bought a monthly package, and you could say I often subscribe, but one day when I opened the application again I was told to subscribe again even though I had reset it, and the budgeted costs also did not match my subscription. The fee written on the subscription payment is 29,000 but what is written on my credit card bill is 93,000? even though the pro spread is only 75,000. how can this happen and it is not true.
A Sad Good Bye
Been a go to editing app for more than a year, sadly you pals don’t love us anymore. I am not against the all these pay to use stuff in your app (because it existed only to certain features), but those “free” stuff was meant something to many of us. The great experience, features, quality, details, everything simply perfect. Was shocked back when I realized, the steps you guys have taken are simply sad. I guess it’s time to say good bye to this app. Truly missing those good ol days. Anyways, Ciao!

Was a great app. Now it became greedy.
Been using the app for years, recommended it to friends and family. But I’m so disappointed with the latest update. There was no watermark before, but suddenly there’s one now and you have to pay to remove it, really? It’s never a good idea to take something that was free and put it behind paywall, that’s just lazy and greedy. Tbh I rather watch some ads than pay for another subscription.

It was free from watermark for some template like the classic for the insta story then now it comes with a watermark and ask a subscription, i don't think this is something ethical to do ...
