## UniFi Access Description
The UniFi Access mobile app is a convenient, comprehensive management tool that allows you and other administrators to oversee every aspect of your Access system, including connected doors, user rosters, reader devices, access cards, and security policies. With the app, you can also view real-time access event logs to maintain full vantage of visitor and employee traffic throughout your workspace.

[Doorbell] Receive a push notification when someone rings a connected doorbell.

[Remote View] Greet visitors remotely with the UA Pro, then grant them access remotely.

[Devices] Add new Access devices and configure a variety of settings, including greeting messages, broadcast names, digital keypad layout, volume, and display brightness.

[Doors] Manage individual doors or group them to instantly make sweeping security alterations on the fly. You can also apply door and floor-specific access policies for enhanced building security.

[Users] Add, edit, and remove users with ease. You can also assign individual and group-level access methods, such as PIN codes or UA Cards.

[Activities] Review detailed access logs and card reader video captures to track on-premises activity anywhere, anytime.

[Cards] Utilize existing NFC cards or assign new UA Cards to system users.

the features that are there work well but there could be more features/customization. The intercom viewers should 100% act as audio intercoms between rooms. they also should be able to view the protect cameras. Less important but still cool would be being able to restart the network and see the stats.

My office building has two main entrances and I need it to monitor the activity. The clarity is pretty pretty good, but I would love the lens to be able to have a wider view. Other than that, it works fantastic. All of the features that I know about and use work fantastic. I love when you could put the phone near the system and it will unlock the door. You can also issue key cards, but be sure that you identify what key card belongs to the individual.

### *---- "You’ll miss every delivery you ever get again"
The morons who designed this system, didn’t enable vibration notifications for incoming doorbell calls. So unless you keep your phone off silent like boomer, you won’t know if someone is trying to come in unless you’re actively staring at your phone all day.  My building manager switched to this system recently and it’s deeply upsetting. I prey you don’t have to experience it.

No matter if the camara, multiple camaras or doorbell are not connected to the Access Hub, you should be able to view the camara when you are in the access app, to view live the door opening and speak to the person at the door.

Need Access and Protect integration.

Please do this functionality on the App for cell phones.

My biggest complaint is that new features that are released in the main product are slow to be updated in this app. 
1. UniFi released a feature allowing you to unlock a door for 10min, 1hour, indefinitely as a drop down right from the unlock screen. However it took months for that to be updated in this app forcing you to only be able to access it in a browser. 

2. Now they released this intercom reader with ability to issue QR codes to visitors, but not on the app. You must do it from browser and it has been out for several months. 

Most people use the app to administer. Please get feature parity.

Unfortunately, using the web interface is the only other option; the web interface for access isn’t usable on mobile, since the sidebar section isn’t visible.

We’ve been successfully using this app with our platform for a couple of months; relying upon it for door access. Ubiquiti software development team’s quality assurance is apparently so horrid, that the app now suddenly crashes after the latest update, making it totally useless. Now we can’t remotely access videos, login credentials, or access logs. What a piece of junk.

Very functional and useful, lets you do most management tasks that you would probably want. Only thing I’d like to see added is a faster way to unlock a door and leave it unlocked, as opposed to having to go into the hub’s settings. Also, I wish key cards worked on multiple buildings, and not just one.

The sign in interface doesn't allow text to be entered for the "UI Account Email" or "Password" fields. Since you can't sign into this app it's completely useless. I wonder how this made it through App Review?

Camera feeds for Pro Reader works nicely, but we have a hub with a G5 bullet paired that does not show live video in this app. It works in a desktop computer and in Protect, but is not working in this Access mobile app.
