It is a complete scam. I have emails that are back and forth with them about cheating me with the subscription and money. It is laughable to read, be aware of billing and be cautious!!! I can upload all the emails if you are interested in reading them

This app should be removed from apple store as this is basically fraud. I have lost 3 times 87$ to them. If you check trustpilot they have over 900 reviews from people who feel robbed. Its their business model. In my case i signed up for a trail version and then they started charging me quarterly for 87$ per quarter. It was not possible to see that there was an active subscription in the app. In the website there was some info about an active subscription, but it didnt show subscription start end date. Even now canceled it doesnt say when does the subscription actually expire. It would of been impossible for me to know when to cancel the subscription as there was no info provided to me about it. I only managed to cancel cause i saw the bank charge. I’ve asked them for documentation and they provided some related to billing dates but not subscription dates. They refused to give me any money back and they werent able to submit valid documenation. This is the definition of fraud!

Har brugt app, men sagde den op samme Sted som jeg købte den , på app store, de er Så bare fortsat med at hæve penge 4 måneder efter opsigelse , de påstår så At jeg skulle have udfyldt en form for at det var en gyldig opsigelse, men det informerer de så ikke om før jeg kontakter dem og vil have mine penge retur, hvilket De så nægter , det hedder svindel .

It’s impossible just to see the meal plan you bought, then I found out after, it’s an subscription. When you try to cancel your subscription you can not do it, because they insist to give you 2 months for free, No matter that you are not interested. And then you still can’t cancel your subscription because there is No button to do that. It’s scam.

Under the setup process I chose vegetarian but I still had to pick seafood for my diet. I will have to see how my mealplan looks however

They don’t tell you the subscription is 70$ before you checkout. Be aware people. (Even after I contacted the customer service and explained my financial situation since my dad has stage 3 cancer, they didn’t care) As any other company they care more about their money than customers.

They scammed me for 69,99 USD
