I pay the subscription for 10$ and you stole from my account 50$ and 2 more times try to take the money again. Of course I cancel my pay card!! Awfully!! Be careful people!!!

They charge you 49,99 for monthly payment and 99,99 for coach that doesn’t exist. Well done great .

Tried the app. Did not work for me. The recipes etc were not easy nor met my routine and dietary preferences, not flexible at all. However, the real problem is that they are unprofessional and close to illegal. I paid and received the receipt directly. When I decided the app is not for me I deleted it - my bad, thought this was enough to unsubscribe. One day I checked the charges in my bank account and saw that they kept on charging me WITHOUT EVER SENDING A RECEIPT. Therefore, you can easily “forget” it. I explained to them and they could see that I am not using the app for months but they did not return my money. I explained to them that it is illegal and unethical to withdraw money from me without a receipt and a month later they sent me the receipt just to avoid the legal charges. Unbelievable! Don’t waste money nor time, way better apps and professionals out there!

Scam, they got my money without any service. The app doesn’t allow you to have access to basic information, need to be paid….they charge me 86€ per month. I have all the documents to prove everything

It’s a scam! They charged my card with two transactions of 32,23€ and 49,99€ without my permission. When I contacted them, at first they said that they were going to refund me but then they said that they would not. I cancelled my bank card immediately after seeing the charges. I’m going to the police.

Απαραδεκτη εφαρμογη !!! Στην αρχη πληρωσα για εναν μηνα 18 ευρω και μετα τον επομενο που τραβηξε απο την καρτα 50 ευρω . Εξαπατηαη , κλοπη αν ειναι δυνατον!!!!

A horrible experience through an unintentional subscription (by my son) when he clicked a pop-up 3-month consultation window. I immediately informed the support in max 10 minutes from this action and the response is that I don’t meet the criteria for refund. It’s a tech trick and a zero chance for a refund. Clever tech tricks standing at the side of harnessing a click in comfort and no care for the consumer’s right. Awful.

I tried to use it but I am very disappointed since it doesn’t offer any real value providing generic food meals and notifications 👎 I asked my money back but nothing happened. Not recommended 😡

You try to cancel and they say sorry to see you go. A new page comes up with a gift and once you tap they renew your subscription because of the gift. I already payed 100€ for nothing. Never used it …
