Ik wilde voor een maand bestellen en werd er meteen een bedrag van €36,24 en €60,49 afgeschreven en het bedrag voor de maand van €18,00 terwijl ik de eerste 2 bedragen helemaal niet heb besteld!! Ik wil graag alles nu cancellen en teruggestort hebben, aub.

Mijn app is in het Hindi en ik zie nergens een mogelijkheid om het te wijzigen! Verder werd opeens 60 euro afgeschreven. Wel bestaat de mogelijkheid op 30 dagen geld terug garantie. Hopelijk wordt wel aan die afspraak gehouden.

I wanted to lose weight so looked at the different apps. This app charged me 20 euros for help for 3 months i accepted this price. But 1 minute later they charged met 50 euros more. I contacted their customer service to ask if they could refund the money as i didnt buy anything else. They refused and told me it was my own fault. After weeks of messages i am so done with this company. I asked paypal for help but they told me they cant do anything. I read that a lot of people had the same issues as me and i hate these kind of companies can screw us and you cant do anything about it.

After my first month trial with the UniMeal app, I canceled my subscription. However, I noticed that my PayPal account was charged again after the cancellation. How is that possible? I don't have a account rn. When I reviewed the app's comments, I saw that I am not the only one experiencing this issue. I kindly request that the necessary action be taken immediately. If this issue occurs again, I will take legal action.

I usually don’t write these but this is horrible. I clicked on add program just to see the price and what it would do extra. Just like that it just got off my creditcard and nu I’m stuck with something I don’t want. I hope they can help me out and give me my money back. I just wanted the 18 dollar subscription..

Horrible app. Only subscribe subscribe and -100 euro on account. One huge disaster! Definitely not recommend!!! Horrible app, one of the worst I ever seen

Don’t do it, terrible app. I downloaded to try and when I request to cancel my subscription in time, they didn’t cancel and charged the next month. Customer support didn’t reply my emails, after like 6 emails they cancel my subscription but they charged to me already next month. Don’t use this app!!!!

I have registered to a 1 month plan for 18 Euros and didn’t use the app since it gave me suggestions that doesn’t fit ketogenic diet, when I entered the app after the first period it told me that my 30 days plan was over, but I was not aware of the automatic renewal for more the 70 Euros for month, I end up paying more than 200 Euros for nothing, They refused to give even a partial refund. Seems that they are relying on customers not reading the little notes..

Disaster! I pay for my meal program, they redirect me to another page and ask me if i want personal coach and by tapping one button (yes i want personal coach) they charge you automatically 49,99€ without asking you and nowhere you can see that you must pay for this!!!!
