I created subscriptions with discount for 18.34 euro per month. But I was charged on the same day for 18.34 and 24.19 euros. But I missed this double payment. And in the next month, they charged me 72.58 🤬😱😨
I subscribed the plan in this app and i choose the 3 months plan of 36 eur. After i finished the subscription i saw i was charged in 3x this value. I contacted straight away the customer support and they told me i did 3 subscription what is 100% totally not true. Still i kindly asked to stop the purchase because was still on reservation on my Credit card and they told be i could do myself and this would stop. Totally not correct because when i did the cancellation like they told me via the APP the purchase was just debited from my credit card anyway. The 3x debit. Terrible terrible terrible i do not recommend this to nobody
They took 3 times money from my account. I did not choose that! Elizabeth says she will fix it but she doesn’t. Horrible
I had a terrible experience with Unimeal, which I initially thought was a simple one-time purchase for their diet app. Instead, I found myself unknowingly roped into a recurring subscription costing me unexpected charges. Despite my clear communications requesting cancellation and a refund due to these unauthorized subscriptions, the response from Unimeal was deeply unsatisfactory. The support team, while polite, dodged responsibility by citing unclear terms and conditions which they claimed were provided during the registration. However, the clarity and visibility of these terms were insufficient at best. After a frustrating back and forth, they ultimately refused my refund, not meeting their own 'specific rules and policies.' Instead of resolving the issue, they offered me three additional months free – a solution that misses the point entirely since I no longer wish to use their service. Their customer service, represented by Raymond and Elizabeth from the billing department, failed to show genuine concern or offer a reasonable solution. They prioritized policy over customer satisfaction and fairness. For anyone considering Unimeal, I would strongly advise against it. Their business practices are misleading, and their handling of genuine customer concerns is dismissive and frustrating. Look elsewhere if you value transparency and respect in service.
Download deze app niet! Voor je het weet heb je een abonnement afgesloten en het is heel erg moeilijk om het op te zeggen. De cancel subscription knop in de app doet het gewoon niet. En als je via de website het probeert op te zeggen, dan kun je niet anders dan nog 2 gratis maanden er aan vast plakken waardoor je het dus nogsteeds niet op hebt gezegd. Pure oplichterij!
Na aankoop sluit je ineens ook allemaal add ons af zonder daarvoor betalingen te autoriseren.
Horrible app. Definitely scammers. Stay far away from it and never upload. Second time they took the amount from my credit card even the fact that I cancelled on time. Escalated to their billing team, got stupid responses like you can use the app free of charge. I tried to use it like maybe 3 days at the beginning, recipes are complex & ingredients are difficult to find, offering is not customized at all to individual needs but they took 2nd time 38 USD from my credit card. Horrible experience, Scammers!!!
Er staan 3 bedragen op mijn creditcard gereserveerd. Maar ik zie niks in de app. Wil dit helemaal niet!!!
Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. After a day, I gave up and asked for a refund. They did not refund my fee. The program is useless. I NEVER RECOMMEND IT. DON'T BE DECEIVED
They charged me without my permission and customer service isn’t helping at all. Even after cancelling your subscription they will still charge you and when you reach out to their costumer support they will offer you discount on the next months lol.. no refunds. Don’t take any subscription on this sketchy app.
