This app is a scam. I withdrew my subscription in July, well within the withdrawal period in accordance with EU law. Unimeal has not replied to any inquiry, and even charged my card again in October. Stay clear of this app!

My subscription was not active, and just now you took 99USD from my account! What is the right ? I’m asking you send my money back

Scam
This app is a scam. Despite canceling my plan, I was still charged on my bank card. The app claims my plan expired, yet they've taken my money. Avoid at all costs.
Scammers
I ordered app and didint like it, next day i write email to them that i want my money back, they said it’s not possible, but they advertise they have 30 days money back guarantee… when i asked why it’s not possible they just ignored my mail and not answering for like 5 days now…
Not worth it
They don’t follow laws regarding customer rights, and demand (by their own set of rules) evidence of progress with their meal plan to consider a refund. Not a good experience
Not happy, no refund neither
The app is not worth the money. It is better apps out there for same price. The app didn’t meet my expectations, and I asked for refund but they said they couldn’t give me one.
App is not working
I want my money back when this app is not working.
Do not buy
Extremly bad. You have to choose pre-chosen meals. Money for nothing.
