I can’t unsubscribe and can’t delete my account. It keep deduct money from my card and I can’t stop it. It’s waste of money

Why am I not getting a refund when I have not used the products of the 2 packages? You guys linked and deducted my money, is this considered a form of fraud? I have never registered for the tutoring package, the system automatically registered and deducted the money, I also clicked cancel right after that and have not studied with the tutor. So why did you take my money when you did not provide the service? Are you a scam organization? Why did you deduct money without providing the service and not refund it? I request a refund for the $49.99 package for studying with a tutor and the $26.96 package because I did not actively buy it. I am required to refund you, do not say that it is in compliance with the policy, because I have not used it, not that I used it and was not satisfied. If you do not refund me, then it is certain that this organization is a scam.
