I want my citi credit card cancelled months before the renewal. And now, they get to bill me an annual fee for a service I needed but did not get! Crappy service, crappy app! Citibank had been nothing but caring to its holders, I never had a problem with them, to think that I have been using mine abroad! Try asking to their branch banks and the people there have no idea on how to deal with your concern. Poor bankers, they got thrown with issues they have not been trained on.
