Refusal to function

After updating the app, it’s refusing to function. It stops working.

Complain

I haven’t been able to access my account, my card isn’t working and their customers service is unavailable. This is frustrating. The ridiculous charges being deducted too. Do better please

App not opening since 4days now

I have been trying to make some transactions but the app has refused to open what’s the problem.

Backward app

You make everything so difficult to use…I don’t know why the app is so backward…pls get a current I T team

Worst banking system

First it was their POS dropping transactions that took almost a week then the App stopped working for days. All of these is this year 2024. I just checked the chat I had with POS manager for my state and it was 15/05/24. Today 31/05/24 making it day 4 this App stopped working even with the updated version. I was told that union bank is doing upgrade…. Upgrade for how many days or you are about to sell or crash? I used to brag about how fast their POS and App works but not anymore 😡☹️

Phone compatibility iPhone 6plus

The older version was working on my IPhone 6plus but right now I can’t even open the app talk more of logining to perform transactions!
