Strangely if you but something online, you cant return or get refund, the store just gives you credit to only buy in store! And not really any disclaimer during the purchase. That’s unprofessional.

It’s a release that I don’t know how it passed system acceptance test which is usually used on software development. I had to install the update version since old version stops working. However I noticed it didn’t keep the same user ID as checked the barcode representing my account. This could potentially wipe out all users points if there is a loyalty program . Even if not, it could mean one user has multiple accounts across same database, better have your developer looking into this.  Don’t know if I want to shop via your app. Regards

The site and app has gotten worse and worse. The swipe is so sensitive that I don’t know which product group I’m in. Then I go back and start over in the categories again. The search on the app is already a bit better when compared to the site but still. Not wanting to use it to browse.

New app and new policy is more annoyed to use now.
If you order Online even Click and Collect you only allow to exchange, can’t return at the store anymore. if you want to return, you need to send back to the warehouse with $9.90+tax apply for any order.
Some smallest size they don’t have at store to try then we need to order online but then we can’t return at the store, and need to pay for shipping fee if we want to return to the warehouse. They said new update will make easy shopping but no it’s more annoyed.

When I try to log in with my previous account or reset password, the app tells me the email does not match any record. But when I try to register with the same email address, I’m told an account already exists.

I did not get any notification about the update found out wen I needed to view a purchase I made previously. When I updated had to reset my password and first thing I noticed my past purchases done a fews weeks ago where gone. And the member card number is not the same what happened? I only see in store purchase I did in January but not the ones I did after. How can I get my last purchase history transferred to the new card number? Also zero stores being located in Quebec yet in the old app we had several ones showing even had my favorite location now I can’t even find it on the app. Someone fix this please
