Most of the app’s screens or user journey are directly using the Web view. The navigation and the web view loading lead the poor user experience…
Update
This update is way too confusing
Unpleasant experience
Complete lame and old school approach .. No migration from old app, and , the super stupidly what Uniqlo did is they didn’t even migrate the users into new app.. such an uneducated move .. didn’t expect such
No return or refund for online purchases!!!
Strangely if you but something online, you cant return or get refund, the store just gives you credit to only buy in store! And not really any disclaimer during the purchase. That’s unprofessional.
Apple wallet integration
It would be nice if your loyalty account could be loaded into apple wallet as a loyalty card. It’s a lot faster to pull up apple wallet then to open the app and navigate to the membership tab
Very poor release
It’s a release that I don’t know how it passed system acceptance test which is usually used on software development. I had to install the update version since old version stops working. However I noticed it didn’t keep the same user ID as checked the barcode representing my account. This could potentially wipe out all users points if there is a loyalty program . Even if not, it could mean one user has multiple accounts across same database, better have your developer looking into this. Don’t know if I want to shop via your app. Regards
I wear at least one Uniqlo item every day
Since moving to Canada, Uniqlo has been my go to for comfortable wear. Their unique colors and styles keep me refreshed season to season. Affordable, high quality, and durable I never miss a sale!
Update sucks
The new update is so disappointing. Shopping for clothes should never be this complicated. The app had a learning curve before but it was okay but this update made things so much worse. Please fts. Thanks
