I did love that app but now thinking of cancelling my subscription. After the update I couldn’t choose a specific affirmation for my Apple Watch You can only choose the daily affirmation or a random favourite. It then just showed the same affirmation day after day and didn’t change. I couldn’t alter this in the Watch options on my phone The creators advised me to delete the app off my watch and reinstall which I did. Now it doesn’t show any affirmation on the watch at all. I reinstalled the app on my phone as well to no avail. I liked having an affirmation on my Apple Watch as well as the phone - easy just to click it and see for reinforcement. It’s a shame but will look at other apps now. (Below is my original review) I love this app. It’s great as a free app but for only 99p a month you do get some useful extras such as recording yourself to repeat affirmations. I especially like the fact that you can add your own affirmations as often I find these to be more relevant for me.
