## Unitea Reviews in United States

### *---- "Waiting on item and they won’t respond"
I redeemed points for an item a year ago and it never sent and they will not respond to my emails!
-- dangaadani, 2025-05-19

### ***-- "Doesn’t let me upload videos"
The app force quits every time I try to upload a video.
-- Kevbaocar, 2024-03-05

### ***** "🔥"
✌🏽🔥🖤🔊
-- inna the red, 2024-03-04

### *---- "Empty"
App is empty when searching for anything. Trying to enter festival contest that they just posted
-- Ghjkkjhg , 2024-01-11

### *---- "Never works"
I keep coming back for festival contests but the app doesn’t work
-- Jacobwiththetruth123075, 2023-12-07

### *---- "App crashes rendering it useless"
The App crashes anytime I try and click on a sweepstakes. Making it pretty much useless to me. I’m on an iPhone 11 so not brand new but not exactly an older iPhone either
-- BleuBall$, 2023-10-09

### *---- "Cannot delete account. Poor app execution."
Don’t create an account, it won’t allow you to delete it!! Consistently says there has been an ‘error’.
Nice concept, horrible execution. You cannot add favorite artists, only link to Spotify, so if you use a music stream service other than Spotify you’re out of luck. Unclear how to use actually use rewards. 0/10.
-- Shway011, 2023-10-07

### **--- "I love the idea but it’s very buggy."
Currently using and it only gives rewards sometimes- also the friends part doesn’t work at all and the crews I’ve tried to add myself to will show but only if I go through the fest to see my crew- not on profile page.

Once the bugs get fixed this will be amazing
-- misslyss104202, 2023-08-04

### **--- "Buggy"
Looks cool, but I can’t do anything on the app because the profile edit page is broken :(
-- Dodgg, 2023-05-17

### ***** "Awesome App and Experience!"
I used the Unitea app for everything at Gem and Jam 2023. It made it easy to keep my festival schedule straight. The group chat feature allowed me to connect with other festival goers which was convenient! Not to mention, I was able to stream music of my favorite artists through the app which earned me enough karma to redeem side stage viewings AND a meet and greet with an artist! I love the concept of this app and can’t wait to redeem more rewards.
