Ridiculous
Ridiculous to make you download the app and put your credit card into their system to buy pretzels.
I didn’t have the app. Never use it.
Imagine if McDonald’s made you use their app to buy a burger. I got my food and didn’t pay. Plane wifi shows 30 minutes to download the app. Fire the team who came up with this idea.
I can’t choose a province
App works reasonably well. However, you can not select a province in the billing address field even though that is listed as an option. Frustrating!
Canadian version required
You asked for my State or Province, but only US states were listed. Was only able to checkout after I said I had an offshore military address. Pretty basic stuff.
Not good
They forced me to download the app in order to get my boarding passes. When i downloaded the app, it was laggy and clicking add to wallet didn’t even work. Bonus, the 5 stars reviews seem to be fake and bought, since there are a bunch of negative reviews and the app is still 4.5 for some reasons.
Not easy for non-Americans
For non Americans drop down menus don’t work … especially cdc
Crappy app for any non US person
Only US credit cards can be used in the app so you can’t upgrade if you don’t live in the US. Seat changes where no payment was required wouldn’t process so I got stuck surge crappy seats assigned and couldn’t even pay to change them!
Total bags not clear
When asking for total bags , are you asking for carry ons and checked bags ?
Do I include stroller and car seat in total for checked bags ? Is there a fee for more bags ?
Also my wife’s last letter of name is cut off and I had to go back to verify it was fully written elsewhere during check in process .
Leaving me feeling uneasy and not confident I am checked in proper .
Basic flights can’t have a carry on ? I booked a ticket I’m not sure where it says if I’m basic or not.
Ticket in my email says general , and the site says basic don’t have carry on . Is general basic ? Really not that hard to make this more clear .
Almost Non-functional
Won’t accept a Canadian Credit card to pay for luggage or update seats. Only gives option for US, Guam or Puerto Rico. Won’t accept Apple Pay for non-US card. And won’t download boarding passes to Apple Wallet when you select that option. Further more when I ask to view boarding passes it takes me back to start the check in process all over again.

Kind of hard to put in your proper address when it says province/state and provinces are not listed

It doesn’t allow me to use my credit card as it doesn’t have Canadian provinces included to choose from for billing address
