Il giorno 3/12/2021 attendevo di imbarcarmi sul volo n . UA 19 per Milano Malpensa alle 18,25 Dalle 18,25 hanno iniziato a rimandare ogni ora la partenza fino alle ore 24 dopodiché hanno rimandato al giorno 4/12/21 il volo offrendo pochi dollari per mangiare, un albergo inesistente e poche speranze di tornare a casa. Mi hanno fatto perdere due giorni, tamponando questo grave disagio, con due buoni spendibili presso la compagnia stessa, Questo grave ritardo dovrebbe essere rimborsato effettivamente comprendendo anche i danni morali e fisici
