I did the payment of my bag and when I was at the counter they were saying there was no payment made! And they wanted to charge me again Worst service ever

Should accept Pay Pal payments that have a foreign address
Vaccination upload
Upload my vaccine photo, and filled all the dates and everything, and when I submitted, take me back to the photo and make me do everything again and again and never worked. I could’t send my covid vaccine info.
DESORDEN TOTAL
Si está acostumbrado a usar las Aerolíneas que trabajan de manera ordenada, te va a chocar viajar acá. El personal te deja caminar por todo el avión así estén en descenso. Las maleteras las tienen llenas de objetos del avión como máscaras y demás bultos de la Tripulación o del mismo avión. No es requisito que el personal hable dos idiomas con solo inglés están allí. Un asco total el desorden y la mayoría con pésima atención
