Difficult to process
An app for an airline ticket should be easy to process. But every single step of the way is met with problems instead of easy answers. There are simple things to put in like seat, selection, and passports and credit cards. I had to re-login every single time I had to change passwords I had to do all kinds of things to get through this system.
not very user friendly
app kerps telling me to check in even though I already have a boatding pass. can't add boatding pass to Apple wallet, the wallet button is visible but not activated.
Most complicated check in app I have ever come across

APP ok, but planes are horrible
The APP is quite OK, I had to use it to check-in and to check my flight details. But the planes from United are horrible. They are old, badly serviced, and even I was flying business class I had a dirty surrounding. The space next to my seat was broken and dirty, and they could not fix it. For paying that much for flying business class I really expect much better service. Unfortunately, it did not happen only once, it happened so far on all my flights with United, and those are quite a few. Whenever possible, I try to choose another airline, but if they are the only ones providing direct flights, then I will go for them despite the bad and old equipment.
Payment difficulties
The oayment system asked for an address in the US, we were a foreign client

Worst check in experience ever…world wide the worst app possibly imaginable. Delete and try again…

Tried to pay for luggage to check in . Mobile app only considering US baes billing addresses… Really?????????
