Online check in issues
When checking in online, I can't find the button "No Check Bags"
Luggage prices
Your luggage prices are way too expensive.
Hard to find things
There is so much stuff in this app that it’s hard to find the check in. Then I tried to pay for the bag not realizing I had click that my husband wasn’t checking one. Not easy to use

Sub-companies not easy to find
I love that airlines cooperate with one another. But, finding which domestically operated subs work with which internationals isn’t easy.

Straight forward and user friendly.
Buggy, relatively clunky, and not particularly user friendly
Some of it works relatively well, while some does not, and it frequently requires re-login. Now, it’s forcing to update to the just released new version (yesterday) or can’t continue at all?!
