I have an issue to connect with Apple health and app isn’t working, freezing all the time

I cannot connect to Apple health and it freezes all the time

I can't click any button in this app. It stuck at the dashboard.

App didn’t work and no any responsibility for their malfunction
My company select this app to be official partner with company biggest compaign in 2023. All colleagues MUST join challenge via this app, sync activity to gain point and win the prize for Paris 2024 ticket. I join this campaign since 1st day and turn out that app doesn’t work on my device. I received notification from all colleagues around the world to share activity and gain point and I got 0 point for 3 months. I try to contact project co-ordinator or app support and no one can fix my problem. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart that UR APP make me miss the greatest opportunity in my life. 1 star review is too much for this app.
Function does’t work
I tried to install and also uninstall many time because all function does’t work can’t press any function to see details on this app.

Nul. Intérêt limité...
Synchronisation éronnée avec l'application Apple Santé ... Concept d'équipe basé sur la direction et le site complètement farfelu quand son équipe est répartie sur 3 sites et que sa direction est basée dans un autre site... Et j'oubliais les défi qui ne sont pas réalisable si on ne l'a pas rejoins le 1er jour de celui-ci (défi semaine par exemple). Donc défi irréalisable alors que l'activité a été réalisée pourtant. Le système de points amène plus de complications que d'équilibre entre membres d'une équipe...
Ne fonctionne plus avec garmin
