That makes it easy to check on my priorities and bring me peace of mind. -- whitney782, 2024-11-17 ### *---- "Face recognition !!!!!" When are you going to start using face recognition for the password ???? You are behind the times !! I am seriously thinking about changing banks because I have so many problems with signing in with the passwords !! With this Credit Union. I have had to change it a few times ! Seriously !!! I hate trying to log in this account And I have 3 banks and I don’t have any problems with the other 2 banks !!! I will just take out my $30,000.00 plus dollars out of this Credit Union !!!!!!! And put it somewhere else . -- Unhappy customer !!, 2024-10-19 ### *---- "App opens to white screen, 2FA operators busy" - app open to white screen - 2fa operators always busy cannot login Cannot access my Mobile banking please help -- look at me im a ui jk, 2024-10-03 ### *---- "Bank Fraud" I have had many unauthorized charges to my checking account at Unitus most recently relating to yoga and Uber eats charges based in San Francisco!! Wouldn’t recommend going to Unitus for fear of criminal activity… -- Jeremy059, 2024-09-12 ### ***-- "Needlessly requires ID verification for internal transfers" I have liked this app for the most but am not at all happy with it recently requiring verification by code sent my phone when I make an internal transfer from one of my accounts to another. First, if I’m not who I’m supposed to be, I should not have been allowed to log in. Second, what big threat is there involved in me moving money from one of my Unitus accounts to another? A thief is not going to get anything out of that. I can see maybe requiring it for an external transfer. But creating a roadblock for internal transfers just makes no sense no matter how you try to slice it. -- Jaidido4, 2024-08-12 ### *---- "Setup Account" I’m not sure if the app has a bug, but I am tying to setup my account. When I try to create a password with the “requirements” that are needed I see a red box around it and I’m unable to create a password. -- 2019-2002, 2024-07-30 ### *---- "Locked out completely" Do NOT check the “I am Human” verification box. The app will glitch and never let you “refresh” to sign the disclosure. Never had an issue with this app until I accidentally did that and now I cannot login on the app or online. Meanwhile, the “forgot username” feature does not work. And the “forgot password” feature does not work without your username. Now I have to waste time on a phone call or in person to try and figure this out. Extremely frustrating. -- Ma$hhh, 2024-07-19 ### **--- "Ugh" They keep changing it for the worse. Stop. It was fine five years ago. -- Humanbeing999999, 2024-07-18 ### *---- "Opens to a white screen" Completely useless. -- mynamenickisnick, 2024-07-02 ### ***** "Review" I love Unitus, but I hate having to verify my phone so many times since I upgraded from a SE to a 15! Please, it’s me! -- Purple Oma, 2024-06-08 [View all Unitus Community Credit Union reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Unitus Community Credit Union - [Columbia CU](https://apptail.io/app/columbia-cu-mjgb/united-states) - [iQmobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/iqmobile-banking-njgb/united-states) - [MyOCCU Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/myoccu-mobile-banking-wYqb/united-states) - [OnPoint Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/onpoint-mobile-MYqb/united-states) - [Oregon State Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/oregon-state-credit-union-vjrb/united-states) - [Rivermark](https://apptail.io/app/rivermark-Ajrb/united-states) - [Maps CU](https://apptail.io/app/maps-cu-Ejrb/united-states) - [SELCO Community Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/selco-community-credit-union-Pjrb/united-states) - [Kuto Pay](https://apptail.io/app/kuto-pay-Hsrb/united-states) - [Rivermark Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/rivermark-mobile-Isrb/united-states) ## Unitus Community Credit Union Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/unitus-community-credit-union-ekrb/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/unitus-community-credit-union-ekrb/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
