## Universal Breathing Description
Download the most popular breathing app in the world!

** Recommended by Leading Doctors **

Pranayama was engineered to teach your body how to breathe properly. Babies naturally breathe diaphragmatically, however adults often take shallow breaths. By training your lungs to breathe at their full capacity, you could experience a whole ton of health benefits!

Practicing slow breathing for only 15 minutes a day can reduce stress and stress-related illnesses. Universal Breathing - Pranayama was created by doctors, designers and app developers to provide the perfect breathing experience. Using the app allows you to focus on your breathing technique and mindful breathing. Use the different music styles to condition your body to either wake up in the morning or relax before you go to sleep.

HEALTH BENEFITS

Falling asleep faster
Higher athletic endurance
Help managing asthma and COPD
Decreased blood pressure
Relief from headaches and migraines

SOUND NOT WORKING?

There’s a switch on the side of your device. If it is set to mute (red) then the sound from this app will NOT come through the speakers, however the sound will still work for headphones. Other troubleshooting tips for sound:

is your device connected to a bluetooth headset?
have you tried toggling the side switch back and forth?
is the volume in the app’s settings menu turned all the way up?

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

Using music and animated visuals to guide you to slower deeper breathing, Pranayama by Saagara enhances the way you feel and leaves you with more energy, stamina, and focus.

Breathe your way to better health with Pranayama.

## Universal Breathing Reviews in United States

### **--- "Sound"
Sound stopped working second day
-- burt 45, 2025-04-17

### ***** "Excellent"
Been using this for years.. recommended by a former seal as another effective tool for breathing and meditation.. eternally grateful..
-- 1200rtbmw, 2023-08-13

### ***-- "Worth the effort to figure out"
If you can’t get the sound to work, try toggling your phone off of silent mode.

This app is not very user friendly and takes some time to figure out how to use but in my opinion it is worth the effort. I enjoy the auditory cues for your breath and helps me stay focused on my breathing vs counting the length. Wish it were a little more intuitive to use.
-- Leslie Lotis, 2023-02-08

### ***** "Beautiful"
I have been using this app for years. The sound and visualizations along with customization options are perfect. This is one of my favorite apps ever.
-- Rawrz43, 2021-02-17

### *---- "Run away"
This app is a nightmare, installed it keeps popping up on its own, deleted twice keeps coming back, sound doesn’t work right.
-- rubberduckykaz, 2021-01-13

### *---- "No sound"
Sound did not work, defeats the purpose of an app to guide meditation. I deleted it.
-- Shei?, 2020-10-11

### *---- "No support available."
This app was last updated three years ago, meaning 2017. When I went to the website to get support, it said “Due to the high volume of emails we receive, we are temporarily closing our contact form.” That means they are willing to take your money, but won’t do anything to support you. Be aware.
-- NYC.2020, 2020-09-07

### *---- "No sound"
Just installed and there is no sound. Using iPhone XS. iOS 13.
-- polar matador, 2019-11-06

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
The paid version of the app only work in beginner. The company shut down their “contact” link.
-- jumping jack jane, 2019-08-07

### *---- "Sound Disappeared"
Great app, I’ve used it for years but the sound disappeared. Very disappointed.
-- JasonBaldauf, 2019-04-10
