We met our kids at cabana bay and when we headed to the pool to meet up, our bags were rifled through and money was stolen! They assured us that they would get to the bottom of it and get back to us..they never did and we were brushed aside..BAD FORM

Apple Pay needs to be allowed to be used in place of storing a card.

The app does not allow me to log in. Its very frustrating- spent too much time during my park visit trying to get it to work.

I purchased two park express unlimited tickets through the website. The only delivery option the site gave me was paper tickets at will call. I linked them to the app, but the app just displays placeholder images for the bar codes, not the actual bar codes. An express lane attendant told me those tickets can’t be linked to the app because too many people were taking pictures of them. Attendants also refused to accept photos of the tickets. Overall, this app is useless for some of the most expensive tickets you can buy. The paper tickets don’t hold up well in the humid Florida air and are difficult to manage for kids. In the end I had to spend over $100 extra to buy 5 lanyards in the park and waste half an hour of the day because this app lacks basic functionality.

Just wanted to say the Universal App is so awesome ! It is so helpful ordering tickets and while I am in the parks 😊

We love this park! Would recommend multiple days versus trying to cram everything into one day. Security is smooth and seamless not as invasive as the Disney parks but provide the same level of protections. Use their app to plan rides based on wait times which can drop off around lunch time. If you’re capable the Haggard motorcycle ride is a must. Also, the Bourne stunt show is awesome, there are too many great shows and rides to the list them all!

Im sure the app is great but every time I get to the check out to buy tickets it glitches out and freezes. I’m still trying to purchase tickets and can’t seem to get passed the final screen.

We all had a great time. We visited both parks in one day. It rained really hard and there was thunder for about 30-45 minutes. We also visited Florida at the end of July. This is when we decided to get out of the rain and do some shopping. We got the express passes to get the most out of this trip and it was worth it. We got on all the rides on our list except E.T. It kept saying Delayed throughout the whole day. We can’t wait to come back when the new park opens up.
