The app is great and work well. Wish there was some way to have Apple Wallet compatibility. There are times especially when I’m in the park, when I’m connected to WiFi, that it takes a while to load and holds up the main entrance or food/merch kiosks for discounts. Would be a great feature to implement ASAP

When it works it’s fine but it’s spotty at best. But here’s a tip, if you’re trying to scan your ticket to get in and the app won’t load just stand there refreshing the app, eventually they’ll just let you in without scanning your ticket.

Bad service very incompetent staff. We went to a wrong park, as the staff did not comfirm with us at the entrance which theme park it is.we asked what if upgrade to use express train to studio, no staff in the windows appear to hear or understand us. Finally one murmured something like you need to go the studio window and they will fix it for you. When we came here we waited 45 mins in front window. Only 3win available at 10am.Very bad experience.

En tantos años de venir a estos parques y hoteles, estoy asombrada!! El hotel que escogí fue horrible, el aire acondicionado no funcionó, el piso de el baño estaba pegajoso, debajo de la mesa había restos de ago, la cafetera no funcionó. Y cuando entramos a las atracciones, Spiderman se quedó sin funcionar adentro, King Kong mala se detuvo, rápidos y furiosos dejó de funcionar, la atracción Harry Potter se descompuso. Que pasó con mi maravillosa parques. Espero todo se solucione pronto

I’ve used the app in the past to have my payments and pass uploaded as well as ordering food in some of the restaurants since that’s how you have to order food. Last time I went to the parks my app wouldn’t let me sign in or even create a new account with a different email and password. I deleted the app and tried downloading it again and the same thing occurred. Reached out to tech support and they filed a claim and weeks went by before I got an email saying that the issue should be fixed. The issue was not fixed and I still am unable to log into the app or create a new account. For such a large company I would expect the app to actually work.

This app is so outdated and troublesome to use. To use the express pass, one needs to tap multiple times before locating the pass. How come it cannot be added to Apple wallet? Moreover, the map feature doesn’t show wait time on map directly, which makes it a pain to find wait times. Please learn from Disney app.
