Hope can be more useful like Genting SkyWorlds app
Aside from maps, hope can add more features like buy tickets, link tickets, virtual queue, link face and check ride photos
Was told to download the app for the ride waiting time
Not sure if it’s a developer problem or a management operations related problem. Was told to download the app for an accurate ride waiting time but however it was totally not the case. 5 mins ride was more than 40 mins. No more paper brochures and we got to use our smartphones. Totally unreliable and unaccepted during Covid when they are already operating at reduced crowd capacity at such expensive Christmas ticket price. I have been to USS multiple times pre and during Covid. I have to say the experience has dropped greatly. No shows, no more RWS membership for free parking, but only long Qs, inaccurate information and unpleasant park experience compared to the past! Give 2 star only for the meet + greet and dining outlets. Otherwise the app is entirely useless. it will be good if there’s also the food price or related perks on the app’s food menu.

how can i say? this is such a wonderful app!! due to covid, there’s no physical maps so the crews at Universal Studio Singapore asked people to download this app. I never knew life at Universal Studio Singapore could be so easy with this app. We can check for wait times so we don’t waste our time going to a ride with long queue. Thank you for keeping us safe Universal Studio Singapore!! 🙆♀️🙆♀️🥺🥺✨🥰
Forced to download this app
USS is not giving out physical maps and forcing guest to download this app. i’m not sure if this violates any app store guidelines. if that wasn’t enough this is an absolutely crappy app that looks like malware and constantly demands my location for its business analytics. it’s ridiculous that in order to simply navigate this park i must allow USS to collect information about me. this is a really unethical practice by the company and it’s management should really think long and hard about whether they really want to be this kind of company. this is also on top of the fact that USS is supposed to be a family friendly place, and this app is very unfriendly toward my elderly grandparents. how can they be expected to have to use a smartphone to navigate?! The staff told me that the paper maps are not being handed out due to covid, but that is a completely rubbish excuse. all USS wants is to get its PAYING GUESTS to contribute analytics data for its business purposes FOR FREE. using covid as an excuse is really bad form. This app should be OPTIONAL. I am absolutely furious that USS is not giving out physical maps. I will never bring my family here ever again. Apple should consider taking this app off the app store.
Waiting time not accurate
Not so useful app. Downloaded the app to check the waiting time but found out that the waiting time information is not accurate at all. The waiting time shown in the park is not the same with the information in the app.
Terrible app
All the wait timings provided are WRONG! They say 30 mins wait for a ride when the actual waiting time is 90mins. When asked, the guy at the ride shrugs and says, “sorry, they don’t update the app”. Completely pointless.
