## Universe BoxOffice Description
Speed up the lines at your next event! Use Universe to ensure a fast and smooth check-in experience for you and your guests. Check-in guests using the QR codes from their tickets, or look them up by name.

Custom built for Universe event organizers! Check-in attendees, track capacity, and sell tickets at the door on your phone or iPad.

Use on multiple devices at once to cover every entrance and speed up the lines. When you scan a ticket or mark someone as checked-in our servers take note, so tickets can only be used once.

- Browse your Universe events on location.
- Give your attendees the fastest check-in experience.
- Buyer forgot their ticket? No problem! Search by name and check them in.
- Check in buyers using multiple devices - tickets can’t be used more than once.
- Watch your event fill up. Track sales and attendance in real time.
- Sell tickets in person using the Universe credit card reader or cash

"We used the app to scan tickets at the door for our beer festival this year. It helped us get everyone through the doors in 17 minutes, compared to 1 hour and 45 minutes last year, when we used a different system” - Session Toronto

"We couldn't have chosen a better partner. BoxOffice was easy to use and understand, allowing us to scan thousands of tickets quickly and efficiently.” - Future Sound Music Festival

## Universe BoxOffice Reviews in United States

### ***** "Quick & Efficient"
Quick, efficient & easy to use! I’ve quickly downloaded the app onsite, been added to the organizers “team” & jumped into line scanning tickets. Super easy and intuitive
-- cc$891987, 2024-05-02

### ***** "Easy to use"
Gets ticket holders in the door quickly, both for on-site ticket selling and scanning.
-- Chitown Chuck, 2024-05-02

### *---- "Worst app ever"
I downloaded this app because Brickfest uses it. It has been nothing but an irritation. I forgot my password and it was quite the ordeal to get it reset. When I finally get logged back in to the app, I can’t see my tickets. Apparently, I’m now logged in as an event organizer 🤷‍♀️ I just gave up and printed paper tickets.
-- Sparklemagic, 2022-07-23

### *---- "Update will not open"
After updating, app will not open. Previous app worked great.
-- ccaappaa, 2020-09-28

### *---- "Latest Update Crashes"
I’m sure you’ve heard this from a million people but the latest update means that you app crashes immediately when you try opening it.

Normally this app works great.

When can we expect it to be sorted?
-- J5ish, 2019-11-11

### *---- "Crashing"
I haven’t been able to open the app since the newest update. It crashes immediately
-- Cbmartins, 2019-11-10

### ***** "This app is awesome!"
Works great at the door for checking in and selling tickets.
-- SIREmack, 2017-03-10

### ***** "Loving the new updates."
My most recent event had the most seamless checkin!
-- Seb Simon, 2017-03-10

### ***** "Beer reference."
I like how the newest update is totally a craft beer reference.
-- Eric Foust, 2016-10-10

### *---- "Get Apple Wallet function to work"
Funny development notes, but can you spend more time getting the "add ticket to Apple Wallet" to work? It's only been a month since you've been "working on it"...
-- Giarca, 2016-09-14
