It doesn’t let me check my emails

I cannot open emails via the app in my iPhone, iPad or kindle. I just get a blank grey screen. I have to go in and use the library computers. Not very convenient

It was barely functional in my first year in 2019, and has still not been fixed since it first encountered issues at christmas 2019. please for god’s sake, use that 9 grand a year i'm paying you to get the app running again

If Plymouth uni can afford to pay the vice chancellor £288k per year surely they can afford to fix this app

For the last academic year, this application has been completely unusable, the app only brings up a grey screen and doesn’t change and hasn’t the whole academic year. I second some previous reviews, this isn’t some gimmick, it is the fastest way to access the DLE and its content including checking into lessons. This needs to be fixed and the fact it has been like this for so long is absurd considering the money we pay.

App is constantly crashing

This app fails to meet the needs of the student, regularly crashes, freezes and misinterprets the users intentions. It is unsuitable and just laughable. This is supposed to be efficient, useful and user friendly to support the student and their academic studies. Unfortunately, it is nothing but slow, inconvenient and useless.

The app always crashes. The timetable feature is the worst, which is not ideal during a pandemic as you can’t always see what and when lectures are on.

I can't even get logged onto it now. Apparently my email and password are incorrect even though I'm using them everyday online to access the DLE. Waste of space.
