Why doesn’t the app tell us that camera access is required for the Secret Recipe Of Your? What a frustrating waste of time, I don’t recommend this.

Such a shame - the game app broke right at the climax. Got through the entire story of the physical game (which was actually really good and well put together!!) and then a bug on the app right at the end means we can’t see the finale of the who dunnit. For the devs specifically: Options for speaking to any of the characters don't work. Just pops up with ‘choose only one option’ but no options. Tried this on both an iPad and iPhone iOS 16.3.1 and latest version of app at time of writing. Please fix soon!! The rest of the game was so good! Such a mood killer to end on though 😭

We’ve really enjoyed the series so far, despite the occasional wrinkle they’re usually really fun. So, we picked up “Unlock! Extraordinary Adventures” as soon as it was available in English. When we got it out to play, we fired up the app, and it doesn’t have that game yet. I’m pretty sure that it’s illegal for Space Monkeys to be selling the game box like that. I’d report them to trading standards, but I’d prefer they fixed the app.

This is amazing (however you do need the actual game to play) but in total, best puzzle game out there!

The app crashed mid game (40mins in) and lost our progress (including time and machine results). This ruined our enjoyment of the physical game. All we did was change the phone from silent to loud using the rocker switch on the side of the phone. We are reluctant to play any more unlock games due to this.

Beautifully made but the game is garbage the puzzles are terrible, it just doesn’t make sense.

I really enjoy these card based escape rooms. Unfortunately the app lets it down. Frequent issues with audio so missing out on clues that are supposed to play sounds. Have tried restarting my iPad, uninstalling & reinstalling app, checked audio settings are on/off. Nothing works. Please fix!

I played the expedition challenger game, you need the microphone access and I disabled it after another game. For this one, I had to re-enabled it (no popup asking me to do it..) and back in the game, the app restarted! Game progression was lost! Some puzzle are really not clear. This game will be better if the app was just here for the countdown! Really disappointed about these games.

Hello, I have the mystery adventures game and I don’ t know if it’s me doing something wrong but I can’t access the mystery adventures pack in the app. The escape adventures are unblocked but the ones that I need are unfortunately blocked and I don’t know what to do? Can you please reply as I really like the game and want to play it. Also the app itself looks great and is easy to use.

The app is a little buggy sometimes but the game is sooooo much fun!!! I would definitely recommend. Pls keep in mind that you need to by physical cards to play this game.
