I purchased this app because you can’t mark chest as taken after a certain amount. The concept is good but the execution is quite bad. You cannot switch from from the map to region such as Chasm Underground and Enkamomiya , it will reboot the the chest count in the over world regions . I had marked everything has taken for these 2 sub regions but it went as if nothing was taken , it does it everytime I switch maps. The over world map glitches and is all white with only a bunch of chests and ressources so you don’t know where you are. Sometimes , chest will show like they weren’t marked but in the sidebar , they so you need to toggle with it. Once I lost all my chest count and I had to recheck. There’s no custumer suppprt. Some things are off and there’s a lot of items that appear twice. Now my whole map is blank again and I’m giving up

i don’t know why but this is happening for awhile and i have been trying to mark the location as found but all it says is that it’s failed to mark i don’t know why but please fix it

Whenever I tried to mark anything as found, it says that it’s unable to. I’ve tried everything, restarting the app, restarting my phone, delete and reinstall, nothing works. Please fix, it was pretty good.

Don’t waste your time downloading this app if you’re just planning on using it to mark certain mobs as killed like I was. 

Every time I try to mark something as found it says “unable to mark as found”. I’ve made two separate brand new accounts, toggled everything on and off again, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried using their website (which wants you to buy their premium to do anything) and nothing works. 

The website says you can mark up to 120 landmarks before needing to buy premium, yet it won’t even let me mark one on either account despite having a brand new untouched account. 

Nowhere on the website does it tell you where you can contact the developer either. 

A year ago I would have told all genshin players to download this, but not anymore (as it stands).

I used this app for a week and I loved it. I got to mark off where everything was if I didn’t have to go back to it, so I wasn’t looking at the same area over and over. Then, suddenly I couldn’t mark anything as found. Is there a limit? I haven’t found anything that mentions such. And what’s this “Pro” version I’m hearing about? Well, I’m not downloading or using any of these maps until this is fixed. At least Hoyo’s got a free map I can mark with.

Great app been using it for a year now before Hoyo themselves made a map of their own, and continued to use it cause I liked the UI much better than Hoyos. Recently I haven’t been able to mark locations and I think that’s you guy’s trying to make your users upgrade to pro, which I will not be doing.

This app does what is says and does it well. It’s helped me find many oculi, and helped me find many needed collectables. However, recording progress is incredibly difficult as there seems to be issues with the account/login functionality. If this issue could be resolved, it would be a definite 5 star from me!
